Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

BestIPTVService offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every IPTV subscription. If our service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we will refund the full amount you paid — no forms, no questions.

This guarantee applies to all four BestIPTVService plans (3, 6, 12 and 24 months) and to any number of simultaneous connections.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

2. Provide the email address used during checkout and the date of purchase
3. Briefly describe the issue (this helps us improve — it is not a condition of the refund)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your BestIPTVService access will be deactivated once the refund is confirmed.

3. Exclusions

The 30-day guarantee does not cover:

• Refund requests made after the 30-day window has expired
• Renewals of existing BestIPTVService subscriptions (these are non-refundable once activated)
• Refunds for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider, hardware faults, or third-party app issues outside our control
• Cases where credentials have been shared in violation of the Terms of Service

4. Your US consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or waives your statutory rights as a US consumer under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act and any state consumer protection statutes in your state of residence (such as California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act, New York's General Business Law § 349, and similar laws in other states).

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily to give you confidence in your purchase and is generally more favorable than what applicable law requires for digital services.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your refund request, you have the right to:

• Request a chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal directly
• File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov
• File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) at bbb.org
• Contact your state Attorney General's consumer protection office (available in every US state)
• Pursue an individual claim in small claims court in your state of residence
